About this retreat

Lamrim means the stages of the path to enlightenment. It is a special set of instructions that includes all the essential teachings of Buddha, structured in a comprehensive way that is easy to understand and put into practice. The Lamrim presentation lies at the very heart of Kadampa Buddhism.

On this day retreat, Gen Kelsang Cho will guide us in meditations on the stages of this sublime journey to enlightenment, whilst sharing insights from the special teachings received at this year’s Summer Festival.

Everyone is welcome to join us for a full or half day of retreat!

Gen Kelsang Cho is the acting principal teacher of KMC Glasgow and the resident teacher of the Kadampa Meditation Centre in Rome. He has been practising for over 20 years under the guidance of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. His great gifts of clarity and loving kindness are an inspiration to all.
