About this Course
Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing morning of meditation, and learn three simple breathing meditations from three different teachers. Each meditation helps us to develop inner peace and a more positive and relaxed approach to life.
Breathing meditation helps to calm the mind, reduce stress, and gives rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being.
Through each teacher sharing their personal experience of the benefits of meditation, this course will provide a diverse and rich introduction to meditation as a positive way of life.
The course will be based on the CD Meditations for Relaxation, which introduces three different breathing meditations. The CD is available for purchase from our shop (£9.99) or to download as an MP3 here.
