Everybody Welcome

Kadampa Meditation Centre (KMC) Glasgow was established to provide people in Glasgow and the surrounding areas with the opportunity to learn how to meditate and practice Buddha’s teachings. To fulfil this aim we opened our new city temple in 2013, a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Glasgow’s Merchant City.

Meditation Classes

Meditation for Teens
Our Meditation for Teens class is aimed at those 12-16 and aims to provide you with tools for dealing with stress, anxiety, and problems - overcoming negative states of mind such as anger and jealousy, and cultivating positive minds such as patience and compassion.
Saturdays 3.00pm - 4.00pm
£15 for 3 weeks
Sunday Evening Class
Everyone is welcome. These classes run as a series but each class is self-contained so you can also just drop-in.
Sundays 5.00pm - 6.15pm
£7 per class | Free for members
Tuesday Evening Class
These classes classes take you step-by-step through a traditional set of guided Buddhist meditations and advice to make our life happy and meaningful. Solve your daily problems through meditation and discover methods to accomplish the highest goal of human life.
Tuesdays 7.00pm - 8.30pm
£7 per class | free for members
