Kadampa Meditation Centre Glasgow

KMC Glasgow was established to provide people in Glasgow and the surrounding areas with the opportunity to learn how to meditate and practice Buddha’s teachings. To fulfil this aim we opened our new city temple in 2013, a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Glasgow’s Merchant City.

Foundation Programme is the perfect next step for those who have enjoyed attending our drop in meditation classes and wish to deepen their understanding and experience of Buddhist meditation. Join us for an Introduction to start a new section of ‘Joyful Path of Good Fortune’, where we will explore basic Buddhist view including topics such as rebirth and karma, and how to apply our understanding of these to improve our life. With resident teacher Gen Kelsang Drolkyi.
