These classes classes take you step-by-step through a traditional set of guided Buddhist meditations and advice to make our life happy and meaningful. Solve your daily problems through meditation and discover methods to accomplish the highest goal of human life.

Thursday Evening Courses
Through training in meditation, we will discover powerful and practical methods to let go of negative feelings and instead develop positive, peaceful states of mind that will allow us to enjoy our life and become fearless in the face of life’s challenges.

Lunchtime Meditation
Take half an hour at lunchtime to cultivate inner peace so you can enjoy the rest of the day with an inspired and positive mind. The lunchtime classes combine guided meditation with a ‘Thought for the Day’ on practical methods of how to stay happy and positive through the challenges of modern life. Everyone is welcome!

Kid’s Club
Each class is organised around a Buddhist theme such as love, kindness and patience and will include a range of fun activities including story-telling, drama and crafts. Children will also be gently guided into a simple meditation and calm kids given techniques to gain confidence, focus and consideration for others.

Leave the day behind and take half an hour to relax, refresh and de-stress. Be guided through simple meditations that lead to a deep experience of inner peace and contentment. These classes are drop-in and everyone is welcome.

Our Parents and Tots class includes simple, practical and effective mindfulness and meditation methods perfect for busy parents and guardians that address the real-world challenges of parents in our busy world.

Our Meditation for Teens class is aimed at those 12-16 and aims to provide you with tools for dealing with stress, anxiety, and problems - overcoming negative states of mind such as anger and jealousy, and cultivating positive minds such as patience and compassion.

Foundation Programme (Sundays)
The programme consists of a dynamic combination of teachings, meditation, and discussion, all of which enable us to go deeper into the layers of meaning within each book that we study. Enrolment is required to join the class, and everyone who enrols takes on certain commitments.

For people who have been attending weekly drop-in classes for a while and wish to develop their understanding and experience of meditation and Buddhism, this programme offers in-depth study through teachings, guided meditations, discussion and prayer.

Chanted Prayers
Chanted Prayers sessions combine guided meditation with prayers, and a talk about how to engage in the practice. The sessions are suitable for beginners as well as those with experience. No need to book, just come along and relax.
