Tuesday Evening Class
Life & Death - A Buddhist Perspective with Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Osung. These classes are bases on Geshe Kelsang Gyatso's book 'Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully'. Each class includes two guided meditations. Everyone is welcome.

Thursday Evening Class
Through training in meditation, we will discover powerful and practical methods to let go of negative feelings and instead develop positive, peaceful states of mind that will allow us to enjoy our life and become fearless in the face of life’s challenges.

30 Minute Meditations Online
Take half an hour out to cultivate inner peace so you can enjoy the rest of the day with an inspired and positive mind. The lunchtime classes combine guided meditation with a ‘Thought for the Day’ on practical methods of how to stay happy and positive through the challenges of modern life. Everyone is welcome!

Mahayana Precepts
This is a precious and powerful practice that purifies negative karma and produces positive karma, or good fortune for our future. It functions to improve our mindfulness and our familiarity with the practice of moral discipline, which help us to improve our daily meditation and mindfulness practices.
