You can book to attend either Tuesday or Thursday evenings.

Just a few minutes of meditation can make you a more focused, stress-resistant and happier person.

Learn to start each day with calm, positive attitudes, then refresh your experience throughout the day so that each day becomes special, meaningful and spacious.

How it works

Join The Challenge and get help throughout the month to keep on track. You will get…

  • A four week course with teachings given on Tuesday and Thursday evening – you can attend either or both.
  • A free guided meditation CD/MP3 download to help you meditate through the week.
  • A printed 4 week diary to help you keep track of your meditations and training in positivity during the day.
  • WhatsApp/email messages (3-4 times per week) giving inspiring quotes and meditation tips.

£27 for all the above.

About the teacher

Gen Kelsang Drolkyi is a senior Teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition. With 30 years of experience including 28 years of ordination, she has inspired people worldwide through her knowledge, skill and loving example.
