Without inner peace, outer peace is impossible. Learn how to develop these inner causes for peace in the world. With guided meditation, teachings on love inspired by the book The New Eight Steps to Happiness, and beautiful chanted prayers. Everyone is welcome.

30 Minute Classes
Take half an hour out to cultivate inner peace and enjoy the rest of the day with an inspired and positive mind. Theses 30 minute classes combine guided meditation with a ‘thought for the day’ on practical methods of how to stay happy and positive through the challenges of modern life. Everyone is welcome!
