This is a precious and powerful practice that purifies negative karma and produces positive karma, or good fortune for our future. It functions to improve our mindfulness and our familiarity with the practice of moral discipline, which help us to improve our daily meditation and mindfulness practices.

Chanted Prayers sessions combine guided meditation with prayers, and a talk about how to engage in the practice. The sessions are suitable for beginners as well as those with experience. No need to book, just come along and relax.
