Peaceful Mind Isle of Cumbrae Retreat
Friday 25th – Sunday 27th September
Join us for a restful and rejuvenating meditation retreat on the beautiful Isle of Cumbrae.
The weekend will consist of several sessions a day of guided meditations and short teachings which will allow you to gradually deepen your sense of inner peace and calm.
Between meditation sessions, enjoy walking by the sea along the picturesque seafront promenade or relaxing with friends.
This retreat is suitable for both beginners aswell as those wishing to take their meditation practice to a deeper level.
The cost includes accommodation, all meals (vegetarian), tea/coffee throughout the day and teachings from Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Sherab. The venue, Millport Field Studies Centre, overlooks the sea and has comfortable twin and single rooms all ensuite.

Teacher
Gen Kelsang Sherab is the Resident Teacher at KMC Glasgow. He teaches with clarity and wisdom from deep experience of meditation, and shows us how to keep a happy heart in whatever we do.
Schedule
The retreat starts at 6pm on Friday 25th September, and concludes at 1pm on Sunday 27th September.
Venue
Millport Field Studies Centre overlooks the Firth of Clyde with the view stretching all the way to the Isle of Arran.
With just an eight-minute ferry crossing from the mainland at Largs and a total travel time of 1 h 15 min in public transport from Glasgow Central, Millport is Scotland’s most accessible island.
