Meditation is a simple but very effective method to calm the mind, let go of stress, tension and worry, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing.  

Especially suitable for beginners, on this course you will be introduced to meditation techniques that can be practised by anyone.

Learn how through regular practice you can develop a relaxed and positive mind and achieve the inner balance and clarity needed to respond creatively to life’s challenges.

Everyone is welcome, whether you are new to meditation or just looking for a refresher course to boost your practice.

Teacher

Joelle is a warm and friendly teacher with a background in social care. A mother of two, she teaches in an interactive way and is skilled at making the teachings accessible and easy to understand.
