Self-Care, A Buddhist Approach
Saturday 12th July
Information
In this course we will explore timeless Buddhist advice on the following:
- How can we protect ourself from suffering and unhappiness, including exhaustion and burnout?
- How can we develop and maintain a sense of wellbeing and happiness in life?
- What do we need to do in order to take good care of ourself?
- How can we take good care of ourself without becoming selfish or neglecting others?
By practising the instructions and meditations presented in this course, we can learn to transform caring for ourselves into part of our spiritual practice of cherishing others.
