So much of our tension and stress come from our mind. This summer, discover how to let go of stressful emotions and to lighten up using meditation techniques that will lead you to enjoy a deep sense of freedom and peace.

Teacher

Simon is a sincere practitioner of Kadampa Buddhism with many years of meditation experience. He brings warmth and clarity to his teachings and uses practical examples that make them easily relatable to modern daily life.
