Transforming Struggles Into Strengths

Saturday 2nd May, 10am – 1pm

Information

The struggles and challenges of daily life can become overwhelming leading to a feeling that we just can’t cope.

But it doesn’t need to be that way. Buddha’s teachings on transforming the way we view our problems is  an immediate release from these anxious minds.

In this transformation we find ourself with an opportunity to welcome and nurture minds of patience, tolerance and acceptance.

In short, our original frailty in the face of adverse conditions becomes a strength.

Then we are well on our way to finding joy and peace in our life, no matter what comes our way.
