Do you ever find yourself overthinking things? Getting stuck in mental patterns that leave you feeling drained, overwhelmed or confused about life? It’s very easy to find ourself in this overthinking headspace and for anxiety or discouragement to take over.
It’s possible to break free from these circular and unhelpful thought patterns; to intervene in out-of-control ways of thinking; and to create for yourself the mental space and clarity that will enable you to navigate the complexities of busy modern life.
Through learning Buddhist meditation techniques and mental trainings, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the workings of your inner world. This will make it easier for you to switch off when you need to, experience genuine peace of mind and thereby improve the quality of your life.
Teacher
Gen Kelsang Sherab is the Resident Teacher at KMC Glasgow. He teaches with clarity and wisdom from deep experience of meditation, and shows us how to keep a happy heart in whatever we do.
