Living More Lightly: Tools for Dealing with Painful Feelings

We can sometimes feel as if we are beset from all sides by problems and difficulties that threaten to overwhelm us. In this course, we will learn how our real problems are the painful feelings that arise in our mind when our wishes are not fulfilled. We will learn how to respond constructively to these painful feelings by being realistic about the situations we find ourselves in and gaining a more balanced perspective on them. These methods will enable us to keep a light heart, no matter what challenges we may face.
