We all worry from time to time. We know it’s not productive and indeed almost always leaves us feeling worse, drained and unable to cope. But still we do it.

Now is the time to let this go! It’s just a mental habit which we can break. Buddha’s teachings give perfectly clear guidance on the way to release ourself from this pattern. Step by step guidance, through teaching and meditations will free us once and for all. Challenges will arise of course, it’s part of our world today but we can meet them with a confident and stable mind.

Gen Kelsang Machig is a well-loved teacher and shares her wealth of understanding with others with great insight, warmth, and humour. A devoted meditator with over 20 years of teaching experience, Gen Machig is a regular contributor on BBC Radio Scotland’s Thought for the Day.
