We may hear about the practice of meditation and feel this doesn’t suit our life, if we have a busy job, family, or obligations. Maybe we don’t have time for retreats or regular classes. Or perhaps we have tried implementing meditation into our life but find it hard to maintain because we feel too busy and exhausted.
Come and take a few hours to decompress and reflect upon the current pace and direction in our life, and how our search for happiness is going. Each of us, no matter how busy or not, cannot be truly happy without learning how to control our mind and habits of thinking. We can’t always change the chaos of life. Learn methods to keep a mind that is confident and relaxed, whilst the world is whirling around us.

Joelle is a warm and friendly teacher with a background in social care. A mother of two, she teaches in an interactive way and is skilled at making the teachings accessible and easy to understand.
