The Nature & Power Of Our Mind with Guest Teacher Gen Kelsang Varahi

Saturday 15th November, 10am – 1.30pm

Information

Join us for an uplifting and insightful course with guest teacher, Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Varahi.

We often say, ‘My mind, my mind’, but if someone were to ask us, ‘What is your mind?’, we would have no clear answer. This is because we do not understand the nature and function of the mind correctly.

Our happiness and suffering are parts of our mind, joyful or unpleasant feelings. Since happiness and suffering are parts of the mind, if we want to avoid suffering and find true happiness, we need to understand the nature and function of the mind.

In this course we will explore the nature of our mind, its power to create all experiences and objects, and how to control and harness it to create only happiness.

Everyone is welcome to join us for this special event.
