Saying No To Negative Emotions

Saturday 13th September, 1.30 – 4.30pm

Information

Negative emotions will arise. Of course they will. But when we dwell on them, staying with the unpleasant and upsetting feelings, we become more and more confused and become trapped in the drama of the story we create!

But we don’t have to do this! We can say no! No to staying in the negative zone. We acknowledge our feelings and then with Buddhist wisdom, we can let them go.

With this practice we can understand that painful feelings have no power over us, they’re just like clouds passing in the sky. How liberating!
