Thank you for booking our Interactive Community Workshop.
Please feel free to arrive up to 30 mins before the start of the first class on each day and enjoy some refreshments, browse our book and gift shop, and enjoy some social time.
The main entrance will be staffed until just after the event starts.
**If you do arrive late and there is no-one there, please call 07367 363 600 and we will come and let you in.**
You do not need to bring/wear anything special for the class, we do ask however, that you remove your shoes before entering the meditation area.
