Join us on Je Tsongkhapa Day and learn about the beautiful Kadampa practice of Heart Jewel.
Everyone is welcome.
For those who wish, there will also be an opportunity to stay on and join our ‘Offering to the Spiritual Guide’ puja after the course, from 2 – 3.45pm.
Teacher
Gen Kelsang Sherab is the Resident Teacher at KMC Glasgow. He teaches with clarity and wisdom from deep experience of meditation, and shows us how to keep a happy heart in whatever we do.

Session 1:  10 – 11.15am
Break:  11.15 – 11.45am
Session 2:  11.45am – 1pm
Offering to the Spiritual Guide puja: Â 2 – 3.45pm
