We all know from our own experience that whether we have a good day or not depends on our state of mind. To have a happy life it is therefore essential to have a balanced, positive and peaceful mind.

The good news is that we can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive through the practice of meditation. Through familiarising ourself with this process we can develop healthy, happy habits that protect us from negativity and make our life joyful and beneficial to ourself and others.

Teacher

Gen Kelsang Sherab is the Resident Teacher at KMC Glasgow. He teaches with clarity and wisdom from deep experience of meditation, and shows us how to keep a happy heart in whatever we do.
