About this course
Imagine living without stress and tension – a life free from worry, anxiety, and the many daily problems these negative states of minds create. On this course we will look at how meditation can eliminate stress and help you to be more relaxed, peaceful and positive in daily like.
In Person & Online Classes
You can attend these classes either in person or online. If you sign up for the online course, a link will be sent to your email address 24 hours after each live class and will remain valid for seven days. In person bookings are for the whole course, spaces are limited so please make sure you book early!

About the teacher
