About this course
When? March 7, 14, 21, 28 | Thursdays 7-8.15pm
Where? At Kadampa Meditation Centre Glasgow, 78 Hutcheson Street, Glasgow G1 1SH
We encounter many problems and adversities in our daily life and throughout our life. We have two choices: we can allow ourself to become overwhelmed by life’s problems and continuously worried or we can develop a brave heart that can happily and courageously embrace and transform life’s difficulties into opportunities for spiritual growth.
This will allow us to defeat our feelings of frustration, stress and anger. We can learn to respond to life’s challenges skilfully with acceptance, creativity and wisdom. Our problems will then become fuel for inner transformation and give us tremendous confidence. In this way we become like a fearless warrior instead of a tense worrier!
We will become someone who remains peaceful and happy in the midst of difficult circumstances. Life’s problems will no longer be a problem for us and we will be able to benefit others by helping them to solve their problems.
