Give yourself breathing space with this course!

Most of us emphasise the material aspect of our life becoming engrossed in ordinary activities and neglecting our spiritual side. In this way we find less happiness and our life is tiring, stressful.

Clearly we have work and family commitments but we can greatly enrich our life by finding a balance between work and personal time.

This course will look at reassessing our life and expectations; creating a good environment for our well being; setting our boundaries and learning to disconnect from busyness.
