Breathing meditation helps to calm the mind, reduce stress, and gives rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being. On this retreat disengage your mind from the busyness of everyday life and enjoy a special feeling of inner peace.

These retreat days give you the ideal conditions to unwind and clear your mind, reduce the stress of daily life and tap into your own lasting source of inner peace.

Experience total relaxation in the environment of our beautiful modern day temple.

All the meditations on these courses can be practised by anyone, no experience is needed at all. Everyone is welcome!

Saturday 15 September | 10am-2pm

Session 1: 10-11am | break: 11-11.30pm
Session 2: 11.30-12.30pm | break: 12.30-1pm
Session 3: 1- 2pm

About the Teacher

Kelsang Drolkar is a joyful and dedicated student who has been practising Kadampa Buddhism for several years and has recently ordained as a Buddhist nun. Drolkar combines her diverse personal experience with practical insight and a warm heart in all the classes she teaches.
