About this course
Insomnia is a common problem in today’s world and many things can interfere with our sleep. This course will help us understand insomnia and how to work on overcoming it.
Part of being able to sleep well is being able to relax well. Although we often think we are relaxing, if we check our mind we may find we are not relaxed in fact we may even find our mind is more active than usual.
Practising meditation on a regular basis allows us to regulate our minds and emotions. Little by little, we manage to eliminate mental disturbances and gradually generate a state of internal peace that is integrated into our daily routine so that our lifestyle itself helps us to sleep well.

Gen Kelsang Drolkyi is a senior Teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition. With 30 years of experience including 27 years of ordination, she has inspired people worldwide through her knowledge, skill and loving example.
