Stress, discouragement and depression can all easily snowball into deep-seated negative mental habits, and when they do, such patterns of thought often leave us feeling inherently stuck and limited.

By learning to harness the power of inner peace in meditation, we can start to strengthen our mental health each and every day – empowering our mind with calm, positivity and resilience.

Originally from Ireland, Arthur has been studying Buddhism and practising meditation for many years. Drawing on his experience as a doctor and father, his teachings are humorous, engaging and always practical for our daily lives.
