About these classes
The new year is a symbol of possibility. We wish to change and for our lives to go in a better direction but for that to happen we need to connect with the potential that exists within our minds. Buddhist meditation gives us the ability to become the person we wish to be: more dynamic, confident, kinder, more loving, peaceful, and happier.
The teachings on this course are based on the book Universal Compassion by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. These meditations connect us to the natural joy within our mind and show us how to develop the potential for love and other good qualities that exist within us. This empowers us with a sense of purpose in our life because we understand how to be of real benefit to our family, friends and world.
