About this course
Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing morning of meditation, and enjoy being guided in three different breathing meditations by three different teachers.
Breathing meditation helps to calm the mind, reduce stress, and gives rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being.
Through each teacher sharing their personal experience of the benefits of meditation, this course gives a rich introduction to meditation as a positive way of life. At the end of the course you can choose one meditation to continue at home to experience a more positive and relaxed approach to life.
The course will be based on the CD Meditations for Relaxation, which introduces three different breathing meditations. The CD or MP3 download is available for purchase from our shop.
