About this course
Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing morning of meditation, and learn meditations that will help you to develop inner peace and a more positive and relaxed approach to life.
Breathing meditation helps to calm the mind, reduce stress, and gives rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being.
The course will be based on the audio download or CD Meditations for Relaxation, which is available for purchase from Tharpa Publications online or in person from our shop.

Jon works as a social worker and dedicates much of his spare time to volunteering at Kadampa Meditation Centres. A practitioner for many years, his enthusiasm and deep experience is both inspiring and engaging and he has much to share.
