About this course

This morning course will give you the perfect tools to keep a peaceful and happy mind throughout the summer.

Whether you are enjoying a nice holiday, busy with the kids, or the summer didn’t quite turn out the way you wanted it to – meditation can help you have joy in your heart!

During this special summer course, open to everyone, Gen Machig will share simple guided meditations and practical teachings on modern buddhism that are easy to practice and powerful in their ability to help us solve our everyday problems.

Through these techniques you can learn to tap into an endless supply of inner peace and bring a deeper happiness and meaning into each day throughout the summer and beyond.
