During this special summer course, open to everyone, Gen Machig and Kelsang Gakyi will share simple guided meditations and practical teachings on modern buddhism that are easy to practice and powerful in their ability to help us solve our everyday problems.
Through these techniques you can learn to tap into an endless supply of inner peace and bring a deeper happiness and meaning into each day throughout the summer and beyond.
