About this course
These classes will introduce three simple meditations that help us to experience mental clarity and inner peace by meditating on our mind itself. The first meditation lays the foundation for meditating on the mind by helping to temporarily overcome physical appearances. The second introduces us to the clarity of our mind, and the third is a meditation on our root mind. Together they lead us on a voyage of exploration of our mind through which we can discover our own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness.
Learn and practise these deeply relaxing meditations to break through the clouds of normal ways of thinking and experience the clear peaceful nature of the mind.
