It is common to feel too busy to find time to relax or take care of ourselves properly. In this four week course you will learn step by step how you can use meditation to transform your life – finding inner peace and improving your relationships. Discover how even a short meditation practice frees up time, brings energy and creates mental space and perspective.
Buddhist nun and experienced meditator Gen Kelsang Tubchen will share the modern day application of Buddhist meditation, through which we can use meditation to improve our daily lives, find greater happiness and a experience a whole new dimension of meaning in the midst of busy daily life.
Each class will include guided meditations, a talk and time for discussion or questions.
£20 for 4 weeks (advance booking) | free for members

Gen Kelsang Tubchen is the Resident Teacher of KMC Glasgow and has been a Buddhist nun since 2003. An inspiring and gifted teacher, she is loved for her clear, powerful and practical teachings and her deep experience of retreat.
