About this course

Enjoy a stress-free morning of peace and tranquility!

Meditation is a simple but very effective method to calm the mind, let go of stress, tension and worry, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and well being.

Learn how through regular practice you can develop a relaxed and positive mind and achieve the inner balance and clarity needed to respond creatively to life’s challenges.

Especially suitable for beginners and those who would like a boost to their daily meditation practice. Everyone is welcome!
