About this course
Most of us have people in our life who we find it hard to deal with and seem to make our life difficult. Being with difficult people can be stressful and tiring and if we are not careful we get caught in a cycle of conflict that makes us very anxious.
This course looks at how to break free of this cycle and transform our adversaries into friends whose company we actually enjoy! It sounds like a tall order but is very do-able because Buddhism explains how to create friends using different ways of thinking and behaving. This brings very good results for us, protecting our mind from unhappiness and stress and increasing our feelings of wellbeing that come from such an open heart.
