About these classes
Take half an hour at lunchtime to cultivate inner peace so you can enjoy the rest of the day with an inspired and positive mind. The lunchtime classes combine guided meditation with a ‘Thought for the Day’ on practical methods of how to stay happy and positive through the challenges of modern life.

How the classes are run
After you book, a link and password will be sent to your email address on the Monday before the first class and will remain valid until the end of the week (Friday 5pm). Through this link you will have access to our 3 lunchtime meditation audio recordings of the week, which we suggest you can engage in at the usual time of our lunchtime classes from 1.15 to 1.45pm. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk folder, as it may have landed there!
