Anxiety arises all too quickly in our busy modern world, causing suffering. Through meditation and Buddha’s teachings we can gain control over our own minds allowing us to find new and productive ways of dealing with anxiety. Slowly but surely we find we have nothing to fear from life’s challenges and happiness and peaceful states of mind become our strength in daily life.
