About this course
Learn practical methods to help you live peacefully with others, especially during these lockdown days.
In these times when we have been spending more time than usual with our families we have probably experienced some conflict and found ourselves becoming irritated and judgemental.
Being with people is such a big part of our lives – but as our views differ, conflicts can arise and our strained relationships can leave us feeling stressed and frustrated.
On this 3 week course we will look at why we react in this way and discover practical meditations and techniques to help us improve our relationships.
We will learn how to develop a more positive and realistic approach to those we find challenging and find the freedom to have a more peaceful mind as we learn to respond with greater love and less judgement.
Everyone is welcome.
Week 1: Learning to like irritating people
Week 2: Reducing conflict
Week 3: Judging less, loving more
Hard of hearing access
