About the Event
In this chaotic world, is it possible to be free of stress and worry? Yes it is!
Join us for an inspirational evening and receive simple, practical and potentially life-changing advice on how to live a life without stress.
It’s nearly impossible in our modern busy lives to meet anyone who doesn’t experience some form of stress. Few things can be more debilitating and we all know the toll it can take on us both mentally and physically.
Through the practice of meditation, we can transform stressful situations into opportunities for growth and become the person we’ve always wanted to be.
Everyone is welcome to this special public talk.
