About These Courses
It’s nearly impossible in our modern busy lives to meet anyone who doesn’t experience some form of stress. Few things can be more debilitating and we all know the toll it can take on us both mentally and physically.
Join one of our 3 week courses and receive simple, practical and potentially life-changing advice on how to live a life without stress.
Through the practice of meditation, we can transform stressful situations into opportunities for growth and become the person we’ve always wanted to be.
These courses follow on from our special event Letting Go of Stress with international guest teacher Kadam Morten Clausen.

£15 for 3 weeks (advance booking) | free for members
This course is free for members, but members are still required to book

Gen Kelsang Tubchen is the Resident Teacher of KMC Glasgow and has been a Buddhist nun since 2003. An inspiring and gifted teacher, she is loved for her clear, powerful and practical teachings and her deep experience of retreat.
