About this Course

Learn simple meditations which can be practised at home or any time you need a break from busy daily life. These meditations will help you let go of stress, tension and worry and develop a calm and peaceful mind. Applying the methods taught will lead to happiness, a sense of purpose and harmony in your relationships.

All the meditations on these courses can be practised by anyone, no experience is needed at all.

About the Teacher

Kelsang Drolkar is a joyful and dedicated student who has been practising Kadampa Buddhism for several years and has recently ordained as a Buddhist nun. Drolkar combines her diverse personal experience with practical insight and a warm heart in all the classes she teaches.
