About this course

Learn simple meditations which can be practised at home or any time you need a break from busy daily life. These meditations will help you let go of stress, tension and worry and develop a calm and peaceful mind. Applying the methods taught will lead to happiness, a sense of purpose and harmony in your relationships.

All the meditations on these courses can be practised by anyone, no experience is needed at all.

In Person: Sat 9 July | 10am-12.30pm

Online: Sun 10 July | 10am (accessible for 48 hours)

Kelsang Gakyi is a well loved Buddhist nun with many years experience. Kelsang Gakyi uses her previous experience as a nurse and mother to share how we can solve problems and find mental peace by applying Buddha’s teachings in our daily lives.
