About this Course
On this course you will learn simple meditations which can be practised at home or any time you need a break from busy daily life. These meditations will help you let go of stress, tension and worry and develop a calm and peaceful mind. Applying the methods taught will lead to happiness, a sense of purpose and harmony in your relationships.
Meditation is a practice which helps heal our body and our mind and is an effective antidote to negative states of mind. Anyone can begin to learn to meditate and quickly experience the benefits, so let’s gets started.
All the meditations on these courses can be practised by anyone, no experience is needed at all.

About the Teacher
As a physiotherapist and mother of three, Emma strives to put meditation and mindfulness into practice in her daily life and as a result has experienced better relationships and an enhanced ability to cope with stress and adversity at work and at home. Emma‘s teachings reflect her sincere wish to help those in need and to share her experience of Buddha’s effective practical advice with others.
