Learn the art of enjoying meditation with well loved visiting teacher Gen Zamling, who for many years was the resident teacher in Glasgow.
Gen Zamling will give practical teachings on how to develop a joyful daily practice of meditation. We will learn how to encourage ourself when we find it difficult to be motivated, or find ourself procrastinating or being busy with everything other than developing peace in our mind.
Whether we are completely new to meditation, or have been practicing for many years, everyone can benefit from this course on the power and practical application of meditation.
The course is divided into two sessions which will include guided meditation and teaching, with a break for refreshments.

Gen Zamling is the Resident Teacher at KMC Chicago and is the former Resident Teacher of KMC Glasgow. During his time in Scotland Gen Zamling touched the hearts of many people with his sincerity, warmth, and lighthearted practical approach.
