About this course

“If we want to experience true, lasting happiness, we need to learn the secret of inner peace by meditating.”  Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

Step by step practical teachings on how to develop a joyful daily practice of meditation. This course is perfect to learn how to encourage yourself when you find it difficult to be motivated, or find yourself procrastinating or being busy with everything other than developing peace in your mind.

Whether you are completely new to meditation, or have been practising for many years, everyone can benefit from this course on the power and practical application of meditation.

Each week includes two guided meditations, a talk and time for Q&A.  Refreshments are available before or after the class.

These classes follow on from our special event How to Enjoy Meditation with Gen Zamling.

Originally from Ireland, Arthur has been studying Buddhism and practising meditation for many years. Drawing on his experience as a doctor and father, his teachings are humorous, engaging and always practical for our daily lives.
