About this course

This course will teach you how to shift your focus from the negative to the positive with the help of meditation. You’ll learn how to identify and challenge negative thoughts, and how to replace them with more positive ones. You’ll be able to focus on the positive, find joy in everyday moments, and live a happier, healthier life.

The course is based on the ‘lojong’ or ‘training the mind’ teachings which reveal how to transform difficulties into opportunities for deep inner growth and happiness. Everyone is welcome.


£20 for 4 weeks | free for members | £7 per class

The course is free for members, but members are still required to book

About the teachers

Gen Kelsang Cho is our acting principal teacher and is also the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Rome. His clear and joyful teachings are an inspiration to all.

arthur calnan

Originally from Ireland, Arthur has been studying Buddhism and practising meditation for many years. Drawing on his experience as a doctor and father, his teachings are humorous, engaging and always practical for our daily lives.
