About this course
Without self-acceptance and self-respect there is no basis for a truly happy and beneficial life, but how do we develop these positive views? The practice of meditation helps us to connect with a deeper sense of well-being that opens us up to a new way of experiencing ourselves.
Buddha taught the art of self-acceptance and gave many positive thinking techniques for developing inner strength and confidence. On this course we will explore these techniques for enjoying stable self-esteem and happiness, and unlock our limitless potential for self-transformation.

About the teacher
Gen Kelsang Osung has been studying under the guidance of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for 25 years. A modern Buddhist nun, she is loved for her joyful and inspiring presentation of Buddha’s teachings, clearly close to her heart.
