About this course
Buddha said, “You are your own protector, You are your own enemy.”
Learn how to stop harming yourself by thinking in ways that make you feel depressed or angry, and how instead you can use meditation to start thinking in ways that uplift your mind and make you feel happy about yourself and others.
If we are always putting ourself down we will never develop the confidence to overcome our bad habits and we will also find ourself becoming critical or hostile towards others.
Through training in relating to our potential we can be patient with the process and we can stay peaceful and calm in the face of inner and outer challenges. In this way we can be truly kind to ourself and others.
