About this course
We often tend to focus on problems. It can seem both our personal life, and the world at large moves from one crisis to another. Our struggles can feel hopeless, we may be pessimistic about our own future and that of the world. In such circumstances, we feel unhappy, and can neglect our wellbeing.
In this series we will consider how it is always possible to find meaning and strength in our difficulties, how it is realistic to believe we can all have a bright future, and how we have the power to create a better world for ourselves and others right now.
